When I first started using WordPress as my blogging platform, I knew that I wanted to be able to include audio and video on my blog posts. But I had absolutely no idea how to go about it. 

• What format do my audios need to be?
• What format do my videos need to be?
• How do I embed multimedia into my blog posts?

After spending many hours, and eventually purchasing Mike Stewart's Audio & Video in WordPress Video Course, I realized that I could simply use my Web Meet Live conference room as a recording studio to easily procuce both MP3 audios and Flash (.FLV) videos, which so happen to be the correct format for embedding multimedia into my blog posts…

The good news is that I didn't have to do anything different than what I was already doing. And I didn't have to purchase any special software to do it. I simply log into one of my online meeting rooms, hit record and start talking. It couldn't get any easier than this.
